If you choose to contact us via e-mail or telephone, you will be sent the form to be filled in and sent along with the piece(s). The product returned without this form and/or without communication to the SAC will be resent without prior consultation.

When carrying out the return/exchange process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged, inform the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning, CPF and the date of return.

ATTENTION: To carry out the exchange process, you must be logged in.

Return for regret/withdrawal: If upon receiving the product, you decide to return it for regret, you must do so within seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.

Observing the following conditions: The product cannot show signs of use.

The product should preferably be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by invoice, labels, tags (label with product reference code) duly attached to the product and all its accessories.
